TW Visa CLI

Hello, so I have had my total rewards visa since April 2015 and I was thinking of hitting the luv button. I remember a couple months ago when I actually spoke with a rep they said it is a hp for a cli but yet I have heard  by several people on here by reading the boards that it is a sp. Any idea if it a sp or hp by hitting luv button?

Hi, most of us have had SP results by hitting the luv button with Total Rewards Visa, but always expect the possibility of a HP, as there are no guarantees. Good luck and let us know if you receive a CLI!

I just requested an increase with my TR Visa card via the luv button and I was approved and there wasn't even a SP.  I open my account mid July 2015.  Most of my CLI have been the luv button with Comenity.  I have 10 account with them and never have had a HP for a CLI.
