And when I login, no message!. I assume closure from non use....
I think it was a conversion from a Forward card, so I would guess at least 2 years. So, not a surprise or a big loss. But, if you are going to send an email telling me to read a message, it would be good if there was a message there! AccountOnline seems down now so I guess they were having problems.

Yep. Lately I've been having issues opening e-communications from Citi. When downloading, I get "no file exists," on the download tab. I just chalk it up to Citi's usual stupidity.
