Target Auto CLI

I just logged into my Target Red account and saw my limit was increased from 200 to 500.

I got the card in January and my DD made a small purchase last weekend for a school project she is working on. I had only made 1 prior purchase and PIF immediately. Not much usage, but still nice surprise to see the limit increased.

Yayy!!!!  I never got an interim increase on my Redcard.  It was $200 from Dec-Jun and then in July they upgraded it to VISA w/$1000 limit.  Then, a couple of weeks ago, they gave me a CLI to $1500!!  I was a happy camper!  There's a store literally around the corner from me, so I shop there a lot.

What month did you receive your Red Card? The CSR's are advising me they will send the offer to upgrade to VISA after having the card for a minimum of 1 year. Wanted to compare with your experience.

Thanks you guys!!

It would be nice if it were upgraded one day, since it would see a bit more usage perhaps. Still certainly PIF with the interest they charge.

I got it Dec 2006, upgraded July 2007, so it was about 6.5 months.  They sent the upgrade letter in June.
