i just applied for target redcard well they try the visa first my score are 560eq ex565 tu ??? i have old neg about 4 years old and no new open credit just a car loan never late and ive had that about 7mths. Status: Requires Further Processing

what are my chances of approval this is the message i recieved? should I call the app line?

You may receive a call verifying your identity in a couple of days, and you will probably get a decision on the spot when that happens.

My prediction:  You won't get the Visa, but you will get the Target store card with $200 CL.

If you applied online they should have given you a code to check the status of your app.  But the catch is you can only check once.

on the website it makes you apply for the redcard visa first then if your not approved for the visa then the red card! is given to u if approve man Im kinda nervous but i need to establish some open lines of credit!!! to rebuild im only going to apply for maybe 3 cards this month and then again at the end of the year around xmas! so i have my fingers cross

Good luck, I am in the situation but am getting better.  Got approved for my new house mortgage today and heard back that they accepted my bid on the house.  So hopefully everything is falling into place.  I am amazed how much I learned from this site in the last month!

Good Luck on the house! What r u doing to improve yr scores??? i applied yesterday for a few cards only Target jcpennys crownjewlers and accidently creditone (i had a bank of marin chargeoff) u knw the answer black balled! anywhooo I really didnt care bc they pull i think trans IDK so far i thk i have 2 out of 3 so not bad I just opened Orchared charged almost to my limit then paid before the due date NICE......... hopefully tht will increase my score i had to purchase some items so i dont plan on  using it anymore maybe for lunch that s about it 2xs a month...

I applied for a Target card less than 3 years out from my BK and I got the store card with $200 limit. Worked fine and helped a great deal in the rebuilding process. It took several years for them to upgrade me to a Visa, which was fine b/c I didn't know they would do that...thought it would be the store card forever.

It'll help you rebuild and that is a good thing!!!

denied for JC pennys and Target I guess my EQ is too low but i did get better news TU is 585 im on my way to 600 trying so Hard Discipline is not easily obtained! Thanks myfico friends!!!! I will have a clean Score record! I did get an Orchard so only one credit card!!! thts okay oops crown jewlers also 1500 nice ! Gotta start somewhere huh?

how do i send recons what do i do what do i say ??? my credit report depending on  which one the pulled eq is the lowest so i have i knw at least 6 neg a few positive from awhile back >??? HELPPPPPPPPPPPP id love to type one up!
