Clicked the link and page says this:
To be eligible for a monthly credit limit review process, we require updated income information on your account. Please enter your gross annual income below if you would like to be eligible for this process.
Gross annual Income consists of your current or reasonable expected income. This could include, for example, current or expected salary, wages, bonus pay, tips, and commissions. Employment may be full-time, seasonal, irregular, military, or self-employment. However, income from alimony, child support or separate maintenance (allowance from a former spouse for maintenance and support, usually coming from a court order) need not be included if you dont' want it considered as a basis for repaying this obligation.
If you are 21 or over: we can consider any income to which you have a reasonable expectation of access. For example, if you have a joint deposit account shared with someone else, and that person regularly deposits income into that joint account, we could consider those deposits as income.
If you are under 21: we are only allowed to look at your current or reasonable expected income.
Updated my info...
Thanks, your information has been updated. If we make any changes to your credit limit, you will receive a letter and it will show up on your monthly statement. You can update this information at any time by logging in to Manage My REDcard.
I did this last week, so far my limit is the same...but I'm hopeful! It's the first time I have recieved this message on my account
Don't have the card but that sounds like a step in the right decision...
I didn't have to do any of this but just checked my Target Redcard and it had a $500 CLI through no action of my own.
Thank you for letting us know! I've updated my income!
I've done this every month for the past year, and still at a whopping $300 CL. I lost hope with target years ago.

+1, I have 3 target accounts and have done this over the phone for each one individually and did it monday online for each one... still no changes
From what I hear it's best to apply for a new card if your scores and report has greatly improved instead of waiting for a CLI. It seems most people are stuck at their intital CL, regardless of credit improvement.
I didn't get the alert, but I saw the update option on the side and did so. Hopefully it helps. Thanks for the heads up!
