I'm a little late posting this, but my Target Red Card is being upgraded to a MasterCard. The strange thing is that I rarely use this card. When I DO use it, it is typically for a small amount and I pay it off in full. I used the card in December for Christmas purchases -- less than $200. Prior to that, I hadn't used the card in probably six or eight months. I paid the balance in full in early January. When I received my January statement, it indicated that my credit limit had been raised from $3300 to $7000. I had read that this was usually a sign that there was an impending upgrade. Sure enough, about a week later I received a letter advising that my card was being upgraded and that it would take about two months. I haven't received the card yet, but I will keep you posted!
Congratulations on the target upgrade 👍

Cool. The MC upgrade usually happened on average when the SL reached $6100.
Congrats on the nice auto CLI and MC upgrade.
Congrats on your cli and upgrade.
Congrats on the upgrade and CLI
Congratulations on your card upgrade and CLI!
Congrats on the upgrade! Mine is at 2500 for 8.5 years with minimum amount/activity to keep it active, I am still waiting in line.
Congrats on the upgrade! I don't use my Target MC outside of Target very much, but it's not a bad card for international purchases if you have no other options. TD Bank cards are all no FTF, and MC tends to use a good exchange rate. Last time I used the MC was at a McDonald's in Ensenada, MX.
