Target no online application?

I wanted to apply for a Target card  online, but they show only two ways to apply, in the store and print off and mail a copy. 

I wonder if its' not working today, or did they change their procedure?

They have not had online applications since about April 2010

It is usually easiest and best to apply while in store.

Yep, go to the store and tell your cashier you want to apply for the red card, you will probably make their day because they get some sort of kickback if you get approved. My wife went in the other day and got a $2500 limit, the cashier just about fainted!
