I called the executive office a couple weeks ago and spoke with a guy who reviewed my five accounts and said none of them are eligible for a CLI at this time. I then sent an email to the CEO and got a response a couple days later from a nice executive. I told her I been with Cap One since Jan 05 with my first account and haven't had an increase since. My accounts are as follows
Cap One Plat Visa $500 limit ($5 monthly fee) op 1/05 Cap Plat Visa with 1% on everything $500 limit op 6/06, Cap One Plat MC $750 2% on gas and groceries ($39 AF) op 2/11, Sony Visa $750 op 8/11 and Orbitz Visa $750 op 3/12.
I asked for increases on all accounts but she recommended i start out with two, I also wanted the annual fees waived. long story short. the fees on my Cap one plat visa are permanently removed and my limit on my Cap one plat MC got bumped from $750 to $2000 and my Sonycard got bumped from $750 to $2000. The account reviewer is working on product changing my Cap one Plat MC to the VentureOne Rewards Visa so I can avoid the annual fee, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
