Wamu most useless  reps,harrasing reps, When I called to activate they would not shut up about credit protection, I hung up, unwilling to change my cycle so tat my statement would be on the 1st or 2nd, Would  rather lose me then to give me the 1% cash back

This is why I have stayed away from WAMU. I hear wonderful things from one person and it's usually followed by something awful by another.

By far contrary to other opinions, I really dislike CCCU... God forgive me, lol. Applied back in beginning of sept when opened my membership. Applied for cc, got email from Tammy Allen same day to send hard copy of apps. I faxed my documents next day. Account was opened same day. Tammy Allen never got back to me for another 25 days or so.  Even though I already had been approved for CL 8000. Never got card opened, call her countless occasions, emailed here many times. After month she called me at my job to mention about bs chexsystems. She spoke to lead loan agent, loan agent called me same day at my job as well. That happened end of oct. Still here waiting for some kind of response. Terrible!!!
 
Enough... I cancelled my membership with them...Smiley Mad

LOL!  never had that with WaMu but don't call them that often.  Funny thing is just had that experience with Discover....Was shocked!!!!

I am schocked! Their CS is super- almost as good as Amex's!

I forget what it was she was trying to sell me but I told her I would be happy to if she would send info to look over.  'Well I'll sign you up and then it will charge whatever and you have 30 days to cancel'.  I was like 'Noooo. I would like to get some info first.  Is info avail on your website?"  "Well it won't give you much info on the website, let me go ahead and sign you up.''  Went on that way for a minute.  I said to myself 'WTH?  I didn't misdial and get HSBC did I?'

Oh, how I wish you had said that out loud to the CSR!!! I would have given you 10 of my EQ points to have heard THAT conversation!

Chase for reducing my LOC by $200.  Seriously...$200!  and would not budge or manually override it even though I had just moved and was in a vulnerable situation.  But, oh well, credit under the bridge because they reversed the decision a couple of weeks ago after making me wait 6 months and now I'm sitting with a decent limit.
 
Oh...I'm also upset with Amex for not being able to reduce my APR.  At all.  I'd be happy with a 1% decrease and they can't comply with a simple courtesy request.  Fools.
