The best card out there is State Department Federal Credit Union low apr for high cs and card is a Chip and Pin not Chip and Signature, they also offer a Chip and Pin Debit Card although from a 3rd party , I saw this on the online website, you have to be a member first I believe because you will not see this debit card just browsing through sdfcu. Best of Luck if you app for the card, also believe you have to be a member.....
