Agreed, if I was a billionaire the last thing I'd want to do is advertise the fact; simple run-of-the-mill cards would be the only thing in my wallet.

More limited than the limited edition itself, the card will be available to just 150 people worldwide

This can start a nice race to the bottom.   Time for a new LTL Bank "Trillionaire" card, only available to 10 people worldwide (AF $250K)!!    And if an overly-aggressive audit finds out that we've actually been giving them out like candy, well, these unfortunate mistakes do happen but sadly we are unable to refund annual fees at this time.

Well, no, but our foreign currency desk will gladly convert this for you.   Just send the bill, and a money order (or Amazon gift cards, we are very flexible) for $200, and we will happily send you $1.   Per wiki, the Feb 2009 exchange rate was 300,000,000,000,000 to 1 US dollar so this is very generous!
