Re: This is getting too hard :(

I'm just tired of baby limits. I want higher limits than $500. I want at least close to $1,000 or around that.

For that.. you need TIME and time only... work on SP clis and fully utilize the cards. There is no secret. You know it, it's just hard to stick to the plan.

That's why I am hoping I can get those high limits in February or on March 1st.

Re: This is getting too hard :(

You chose March for a reason - stick with your plan!  You don't want another toy limit or to be declined because you ran out of patience.  You want to be in the best possible position for approval and high CL.  The longer yu wait the better your chances!

Hang in there!

You may not get the limits you're searching for then... I understand your frustration. Have you checked your scores at all, just curious because if you have some indications of where you are then you can see the progress you've made.

Are you confident you would get a limit you'd be happy with if you apply today?

If I wait till March then that would be about 7 months since I applied for a card and either got denied or approved. I haven't checked the actual numbers but I am really confident since I pay my bills on time and don't have high utilization. I did check my actual reports a month or so ago and they are in good standing.

I'm not sure. I don't have a definite answer. I'm a little nervous about rejection and I'm a little nervous they will stick me with another baby limit when my records show I am capable of a lot more.

Re: This is getting too hard :(

What cards do you currently have? Just curious --- I would hope you have a Barclays, Walmart or Discover so you could get your score? If not maybe might consider one of those in March?
