DTI is on check, under 35%... profile is looking good aside from the new apps.

I don't know precisely @Yasselife, but Chase always pulled my EX.  And even with your EX being your lowest score, at 760 I would think it high enough to get you the lowest APR or very close to it.   And credit limit would be most influenced by income, debt-to-income, and other credit limits you've shown you can manage.   Six months after the last card sounds like a good plan to me.
