I further explain that my utilization is low and that I pay in full monthly (some banks like people to carry a balance but all banks like swipe fee's and low risk).
The low utilization combined with the high INQs is a little less scary. Although, it could just mean the customr is getting ready for one large spending spree.
I got approved for my bofa cc siggy 5ks with 24 inqs in exp but only 4 5 in the last month. .. they key here is the 6 and 9 months amount of inqs
