Some of those Chase things should have been Citi I think.  Was trying to put that list together too quickly.  Best Buy, Ford Service, and now Best Buy are all Citi.  Only Chase I have is Amazon.com (they are not very liberal with CLIs i've found out though, waste of a HP there)!

Go for it then and good luck one more HP on EQ or TU won't hurt let's just hope they stay away from EX but Discover is good on recon so get it done and meet me in the garden

Wait on the Amex CLI and put Discover on your list for 6 months from now

Yeah, kinda what I figured.  Sounds good.  May just try to hold out a year if I can keep myself from doing it and many of the inquiries will start falling off anyways.

i have 60 inquiries on EACH of my credit bureaus. your mileage will definately vary but, discover it and chase militarystar are ONE of my newest tradelines and they approved me without any hassles.

EDIT: wanted to clarify, cause im not advocating going out and just blowing inqs like its no thing. im just saying they approved me without question, might not be the same for the next person.

I'm in a sumiliar situation as yourself, between may-aug i've opened up 7 accounts, then did a little shopping spree for a home improvement project i have going on so my debt went from 2k to 26k..credit has fell from 720's to 670's..My total utilization is about 22% but the inquires are high..i'm @ 10 for the year 

My inquires is what AMEX mentioned as why they denied my on my 3x
