Transunioncs.com

Just checked www.transunioncs.com and they no loner offer a FICO score. The website talks about fico scoring but it only allows you to purchase from a company named Zendough. I got the free trial and the scoring used was Vantage. Just thought you all should know.

Re: Transunioncs.com

It should be noted that if FICO score link on the lower left side is clicked, it spawns a Zendough page with old FICO score stuff in the heading; implying that Zendough offers FICO scores. Thats exactly why I went Samuel L. Jackson on Zendough CSRs a week back...

Credit scores are a big market and produce a very good income. The CRA's want a bigger piece of the pie and have all implemented their own ways to issue a risk based score.

While presently most creditors/lenders still use FICO scores on their determination of credit worthiness, it is slowly decreasing. The market is becoming more competitive and creditors/lenders are also looking for ways to save money.

Then you have the few companies like AMEX who use their own scoring system and is also slowly gaining ground which saves the creditor/lender a lot of money also.

Re: Transunioncs.com

I tried purchasind DW's Fico score from there late last year and I could never get the site to work (the site would hang every time we tried to login). DW demanded a refund from a CSR, and we got it after a lot of hassle.
