Looking at your scored i would say yes?
(nm)
Chase has a pretty solid pre-qualify site. Might be worth giving it a whirl. Some of the other do also.
I tried a few pre approval site and I don't get anything . That's why I'm iffy about applying...
Looking over though you already have a "Prime" card ( To me ill consider it Prime along with Chase, Amex and so forth) your Discover card. I would ask for a CLI maybe if you need more credit

Eh .. the only ones who ever gave me a pre-qualified offers are BOA with a secured card about 6 months ago ( Not going to take a secured when i had amex and Discover) and Capital one. Chase and Citi said nothing was available but i got 5 cards between the 2
Yes I do have a discover IT card but the Limit is 500.00 and they won't increase my limit. They want to do a hard pull but I won't let them... LOL
I don't need the credit I just want to reach my GOAL of having a few PRIME cards with limit above 1k. It will look good for my profile.

I would take the HP imo... If your going to take a HP for a new TL you will probably be declined if your looking for a chase or etc. I would say the CLI with Discover be a lot easier then a new TL with Chase or Etc.
I would ask for a $2-3k CLI and see if they counter with $1k . Based on your AU account for a Decade + 4 months of your own CC with them I would think you have a decent chance of getting at least $500 CLI
6 months and all your new cards and inquiries may put up red flags for getting new cards in the short term. In my opinion garden your current cards a minimum of six more months to show some payment history. Applying for to much credit to soon makes you look desperate for credit. No credit company is willing to extend large credit limits if it appears to be a sinking ship in my opinion.
