AFAIK, this is @DONZI.   I love the C1 app and features.      

C1 had given users to option to reallocate your CL amongst one's cards.  Sadly, this wicked cool feature has been removed.

This verbiage to add is basically a short cut to the same landing page from the website option.   Anyone can certainly add the =/productupgrade  to their particular URL for a direct jump.   For most though,  it is probably easier to navigate there with three clicks instead.
