You need to give us your criteria if you want feedback. How did you select the Platinum & Ritz? These are very different cards. What's lacking with your current line up of cards?
Have you run the numbers for your spend to determine rewards on your spend? Have you looked at redemptions for those rewards programs and how the methods of redemption that you can use for each program would impact reward value?
What are your other considerations?

We have no idea what your chances are. You have to make the request if you want the CLI.
"General take" is irrelevant. Any CLI with any creditor depends on what one's credit profile and income qualify for versus a given creditor/product's underwriting criteria. We have no idea what the latter is for any creditor or product. We can try to guess by looking at anecdotal evidence but there are major caveats with doing so.
I've never received an auto CLI from Chase. I've never requested one. My wife, on the other hand has received several auto CLI's. It's impossible to tell you what you will experience.

While that's one way to do it you can always reduce reported utilization by reducing balance prior to report date.
Great. Thanks so much everyone for the advice and help.

Wow, pal. I was just seeking advice and got it. Everyone else understood the questions as written. So I do not think it was necessary to get into a semantic analysis of my post.
Again thanks all for the help and advice.
