As a DP, I had a $10 on $50 dining offer in August, and used it in August. Saw no credit in September, so I called the bank and was told it should show up in October.... so two-month lag best case.

I don't like how slow US Bank and Elan are to pay out these offers. I currently have three others that I *think* I earned before their deadlines of 7/31, 9/30 and 9/30, but none of the credits have appeared yet. Annoying!
+1... I've always receieved the bonus as promised, but by the time it finally shows up I've usually already forgotten about it, LOL.
In any case congrats to those who have received an offer this go around!

I got it too on my Altitude Go . The issue with US Bank offers is that there is a long time to receive the cashback (up to ~3 billing cycles). I am not sure whether I received all the cashbacks from the offers that I used in the past. Anyway for the last one, I did not receive it after ~2-3 months and after calling them, I received it in the next day.
