Great patronizing use of "young lady/man"! Note that she did actually provide the information you needed (some cards are capped, others are not, Smartly is obviously too new for much info, and provided her personal experience and why SHE stopped going for CLIs. As with most internet forums, people tend to post their own beliefs as generalized truths. I suggest you learn to brush off perceived slights, especially as the whole thing is anonymous, your actual character isn't being defamed in real life.
