DW has had the card a little over a month, put a small 80$ charge on it.
Has gone from 22.99, to 19.99, then 15.99, then 13.99, 13.24 and just today 11.24.
Uh WOW is all I can say. Most of her cards are around 17-22% and she had that app spree around 3/19.
Thank you, just chatted and was told that I had the lowest... then I told her my "friend" was given 11.24% minutes ago... why would I not qualify... now I have to call in!
First rep in FL (first time I have spoken to citi in FL without going through some other country first!
She coudln't help so now I'm getting a supervisor!
she got me to 11.24% on the AA card!
I then asked about the DC which was at 11.99 and could not move on that.
She then handled our AA Business card which was lowered to 13.24% yesterday and today she got that one to 10.24%!
