I haven't received a call back yet. What's the average response time for them, if anyone knows? Wasn't able to contact the fella who called me back that day, but I left a message. He called me this morning, and got my Orchard account from $1500 to $10,000! So excited! Thanks Ron!! It did result in a hard pull though because it was likely through the HSBC side, and I had to approve that. Unfortunately, since I don't have any up-to-date credit monitoring service, I can't tell if and what bureau they could've pulled :/ I just locked myself out of the Equifax dispute system (will try it again when I'm at home and have access to my report #), otherwise I will have to wait on when creditkarma updates to check TU or when creditsesame/credit.com update for EX! Until then, I will hold onto my spade and change it accordingly once I get the facts
I asked for CLI for my BB RZMC Platinum and they weren't able to give me any CLI. The reason were my spending wasn't enough for CLI and sufficent credit with them. They already pulled hard from TU and EQ.
