Hi All,
I applied for the US Airways card - I just received a letter via email that they mailed me a letter requesting more information from me. However, I noticed that they mailed it to the wrong address.
There is no telephone number on the letter via email so I called the 1-866-419-0881 number listed on the website. They told me that they only deal with card holders and do not do the applicatons. They gave me another number to call, but that's only a recording for current cardholders.
Has anyone else received a letter requesting more information - if so do you have telephone number/address available?
