Hi Everyone,
On your USB Altitude Go dinning is it 4x or 1x. I know it is 4x but on the pending it says 1x in May pending statement. My March it says 4x. I have called US bank and they said they have to investigate it. They said it will take 30 days. I have not gone over the $2,000 cap so that is not the case. Is anyone having the same issue? Below are the pictures for May 2025 and March 2025:

While I don't have that specific card, there has been a known issue with the phone app displaying incorrect reward amounts on the Smartly. Try logging into the website and see if the amounts are showing correctly there (assuming your screenshots are from the phone app but not sure). That was the case with Smartly.

No that is not the phone app. Acutally that is from the USBank website andwhen I logged into the phone app it still says 1x instead of 4x. I asked US Bank rep will I get an point adjustment and they siad yes if the points are incorrect and we will adjust it. I have to wait in the middle of June to fine out Ugh.
That sucks. Curious to hear from others with that card if they are seeing the same thing. You need some serious patience to work with US Bank but in my experience they will make things right eventually. Although it has been known to take months sometimes... Good luck with a quicker resolution.
EDIT: Looks like over on reddit, there is a thread where people are reporting the same thing. A few have said they are seeing it coded as 1x and then at statement close, the additional 3x are given. That is similar to how my Cash+ works - all show 1X and then you get a mysterious total bonus for the additional at close with no breakdown.
The MCC must code correctly to get counted and sometimes, the merchants do not code as they supposed to do
Also, US Bank across several cards do incorrect reward calculatioon for each transaction initially. At the end of each billing cycle, they fix it.
Beer with US Bank , instead of bear. Their internal systems suck, old school style, manual and very slow. They need to hire some talents to fix that mess. Every simple request needs to go through an investigation and it takes them around a month to do anything that the other banks would cover in only 1-2 business days.

Yes that does suck. Yes that is why I posted on this site to let everyone know about his. Yes I saw in reddit too but nothing was here so I decided to post here too. 3x for dinner. If it is 3x then it is wrong becuase it should be 4x for dinning. US Bank is going down and I don't like their reward rules now. Well after I redeem my points then I will leave US Bank and let it auto close. They keep on chaning the rules and I am frustrated with the changes. I understand all credit card companies changed but not like this change after change each year.

I see. I never had a probelm with US Bank Altitude Go. Since the change after April 14,2025 I notice the codes are incorrect. This frustrated me and I think I am done with US Bank after I redeem everything. Yes US Bank is the SLOWEST bank I ever seen in my life. I agree their system sucks BIG TIME. Especially the home page when you login to the account it takes FOREVER to load.

I haven't called yet because I believe it will correct itself after statement close. I see the same issue with my Altitude Go.

I see. Thank goodnesss I am not the only one to have this problem. I thought I was the only have having this problem.
This happens from time to time with Chase and Amex as well. I was in the Phillpines for about 4 months staying at the Marriot for work and they somehow coded Marriot on a Amex Marriot card as 1x. I used there interactive chat thing to correct it. On the positive note when it was corrected each month after that it was coded correct. Not a big deal.
