US Bank CC Fraud Usage

On Monday I checked my account balance and saw two NetFlix charges for the same date. Knowing that a seldom used CC is used for NF (of course I verified my charge on the other account) I immediately called USB. Very nice CSR. Charges removed, and new card to be delivered today. The thieves will have to find another means to pay for for their binge watching while they are hunkering down!

Sounds like you haven't got the message.  "We are all in this together".   The least you can do is help someone out with Netflix!

The rep asked if I filed a police report which I had not. I asked if I should. The rep said for the $20+ charge not to bother the police.
