For people who have the US Bank Cash+ and have cell phone selected as their category, I have two questions:
1) Does the 5% work on wireless providers' websites (i.e. att.com?)
2) Has anyone used this card for their U-verse bill and gotten the 5%?

I can only anser #1. The answer, from my own experience, is YES. I pay our T-Mobile bill via either their website, or using their App in my phone. Either method gives the 5% cash back. We also receive the 5% cash back on our home phone bill payments (CenturyLink). Those payments are made online at CenturyLink's website.
Congrats on scoring the Cash+!!
Yes, I've set it up to do the autopayment through the AT&T website, and it gets 5% back.
My landline Frontier bill also gets 5% on the Cash+ CellPhone category.
I can vouch for 5% back on uverse. All I have on my cash+ is my uverse and Verizon bill so it is simple to calculate if I get the full 5%.

OP - same here on U-verse - 5% cashback.

That is so sweet!!! My family has three different U-verse bills to pay each month (one at my apartment, one at my parents' house, and one at my parents' condo), plus we have AT&T for cell phone service, so I think that means the Cell Phone category is going to be pretty much a no-brainer selection for one of the 5% cashback categories for my Cash+. Thank you so much guys!
Hmm...wonder if Charter internet would qualify if paid through online portal. It is also a phone company

I've wondered that but haven't gone through the trouble to change it.

You could try it lol. You're missing out on a possible 5% back.
