I called three times and each time they said it is impossible to PC it to Cash+ and they see Altitude Go as the only available option.
They may have changed it recently. Did anyone have a recent success to PC Connect to Cash+? I may call them again till the end of this month to see whether they can PC it to Cash+.
In case that I PC it to Alititude Go, is it feasible to request again to PC Altitude Go to Cash+?
The streaming credit got credited almost immediately after my first call (next day delivery). Anyway, I conituned calling them in a daily basis for a week to finally could PC it to Cash+ successfully today . It should arrive within ~7-10 business days.
It is good to have two Cash+.

I'm glad you were finally able to get the PC!
I received the Cash+ and it got activated. The USBank website still shows it as Connect with its rewards structure. Shall I wait for the next quarter to activate the 5% categories? What is the reward structure if I use this Cash+ now?

Ingore the cosmetic Connect images/text you see your card is a Cash+ card now. You can choose the 5% categories now for immediate use, if you don't you'll earn just the base 1% for any spend on the card
The categories appeared one day after card activation
Since everyone giving DP about US Bank PC. Some might remember I got the Altitude reserve back in Jan 2020 instant approval. Then we got hit with covid and I became unhappy with card so I did a PC to Cash plus card in October 2020. I got a new card number and screen images stayed Altitude Reserve for like a month. What's interesting is US Bank credited me $100 annual fee prorated refund for the reserve. Although it really cost me $75. This month I decided to go back to Reserve thru PC change same account since travel is back. I'm going to pair this card with my BofA Premium card. Also the graphics are still showing cash plus card. My wife has the cash plus card so I'm not missing out on 5% categories that I used with cash plus

Did they give you any flack about a PC? I have a newly opened connect. I've moved checking over to them as well. I was wondering if i could PC up to a reserve later down the road after I've been with them a bit.
It was like a 10 min process. They just told me what card I can PC. The cash plus and altitude go were the option.
