US Bank Harley mailer offer

I received an offer yesterday from US Bank Harley for $100 statement credit after $500 purchase on a new card.  It could be only on mailers but just in case you're interested.  I don't previously have any relationship with US Bank.

I have this card, the one with the annual fee. I applied based on a mailer. I got the card (and the SUB). However, CL is only $2K, by far my lowest. My other USB card is $10K and my Elan card is $25K. I am ok with it because I got the card for the statement credits, which I can take advantage of every year to break even, and any purchases at a Harley store put me positive.

I was 2/12 when I applied for the card, but, the two were US Bank and Elan, so I'm not sure if they factor that differently.
