They are probably watching your IDA files and with 42 INQ's you won't get anything sp from USBank more than likely, they are stickler for INQ's and such but they do still give SP CLI's just not sure you can ask for them or if they need to be offered.

Finstar is a poster on this forum, not a card :0. Finstar is a poster on this forum, not a card
.. You probably just didn't have any offer and the CSR was misinformed. They certainly do offer SP CLI's just usually not by customer requests.. Finstar the user just got one a few weeks ago among with many other users on US Bank cards
Again, this is another funny line that made me laugh. I must be in a funny mood today. Thanks for the laughs.

That's precisely the problem with extrapolating a trend from a single data point or even an insufficient sampling of data. Customer initiated CLI requests are hard pulls US Bank but that doesn't mean that SP autoCLI's do not exist. As many threads indicate, a given CSR with any company can be incorrect/mistaken/misinformed/etc.

This made me laugh as well Well, unfortunately for the OP, he was not able to qualify for my newly launched co-branded WEMC!
OP - just as Takeshi pointed out, the CSR statements should be taken with a grain of salt. As CreditCuriousity mentioned above (even as I became a co-branded product overnight), I received a pre-qualified (SP) invite for a CLI a few weeks ago. Lots of individuals still receive these targeted promotions. It just happens that an individual's account has to meet their UW elegibility criteria in order to be offered one.
I want one of these Finstar cards! I sure hope you give out lots of CLI luv, Fin.
Now where do I apply...

Where do I apply for this card? Is it a SP? Will my credit line be a min of $100,000?
Ok, lets get back on topic guys, thanks
