Even though the application has been updated we are still not able to apply in IL :-(

This is interesting that it's not working. We know that they updated their website over this past weekend. Monday has passed. The first of the month is today. Monday and the first are logical days to start applications for those new states (if not over the weekend).
So, how any of you called? You can call and ask the CSRs. You can also ask to speak to either or both the executive office and/or the escalations department.
This has been the first and only hiccup we've seen with the rollout. All other states were "live" immediately.
I had assumed it would've gone live and it hasn't. I tried the 'backdoor' way where I used an incognito browser to find the product and then logged in and stll wasn't able to apply. Work was way to busy today for me to try and call but I would be curious to what they had to say. In for feedback from others that may be able to check.

Looks like the website has been updated and no longer includes IL.... interesting they seem to be having a hard time with this product/launch/pilot I hope it comes to fruition.

IL is there for me. Just go to their website and scroll down to the bottom. I wish I could figure out why copy-paste printscreens won't work for me to show you what I am talking about. Printscreens seem to work for everyone else on here maybe I need to learn html...?
Anyways, USAA may be having problems if you can't see IL but I can. I would hate to start to think that this is becoming one of the worst company rollouts. And if they are having issues, then this doesn't bode well for the rest of us who are waiting and waiting since October 2016 for this card.
thanks for updating
I was able to see it available to TX state, however when I click apply I received "This product or service is unavailable to to due to reasons below:
1. Membership eligibility requirements
2. Other info drawn from Personal Profile
3.Age requirements
4. State or foreign restrictions
I suspect 1 and 4 may still apply to my situation.
edit: I'm partial member

I'm not insurance eligible either however once the Limitless was available in my state I was able to apply.
You might want to reach out to them to see if they can help.

Uncle: How are you eligible, did you get the banking when it was open to the general public, or do you have a family member who joined but hasn't gotten insurance yet? I could teach an 8-hour class on USAA eligibility, it can definitely get tricky...
creditfan: Tell me a little about how you joined USAA and I can tell you what options you have...
