Yep, from what I've read elsewhere most of their customer service is outsourced now. A few months ago when they had a bank-wide computer 'burp' (completed transfers were disappearing) I had to chat with them, and while they were able to eventually figure out the issue the overall experience left a bit to be desired.
Thankfully I seldom have to contact them for anything, since otherwise they work well for me.
Back on-topic, I'm also hoping that at some point they'll loosen up with their credit card account "rules," specifically I wish they would allow PCs. I have an old(ish) Visa card that's next to useless that I would love to PC. As it is, I'm keeping it around for the account age and the occasional BT promo.
