A few months ago when they had a bank-wide computer 'burp' (completed transfers were disappearing) I had to chat with them, and while they were able to eventually figure out the issue the overall experience left a bit to be desired.
Thankfully I seldom have to contact them for anything, since otherwise they work well for me.
Back on-topic, I'm also hoping that at some point they'll loosen up with their credit card account "rules," specifically I wish they would allow PCs. I have an old(ish) Visa card that's next to useless that I would love to PC. As it is, I'm keeping it around for the account age and the occasional BT promo.
Probably have the same card and it is useless. Would be pleased to p/c it!
