Id like to get a secured card thorugh USAA. I singed up for their CMS service so Im wondering if theyd let me apply for a secured card or not. Do I have to be a full member to get that benefit? They dont even have the secured card advertised on their website anymore.

I've only heard that applied to the secured Amex network card they offer, I'm not certain about the other one. Might be right, but it's definitely worth asking as with the exception of their no graduation policy (and there are plenty of secured cards which share that semi-annoyance) USAA does have a good secured product.
