ok..long story short they got burned in my BK for around $7k. I also have my insurance with them, and have since 1991.
Anyway..Im blacklisted from credit products from them for 7 yrs from discharge date, (thats their internal thing), after 7 years, all my past credit info is deleted from their system, and I can reapply for a card, WHICH I WILL, LOL...
Anyways, as part of my punishment for burning them, Im ONLY allowed "mobil access" online, and not the full online deal because it has credit offers and products on it that I cant have right now. Im also not allowed to pay my bills via mobil app, again my punishment, and have been thru my own bank with online banking.
Tonight I call them up to test the waters....Just non-chalantly said, "Id like to pay my bill tonight"...she says, sure! How would you like to pay? I said, My Visa, heres my number.....and SHE TOOK IT NO PROBLEM!!! Never said one word that I couldnt , and my account is flagged for BK on their end too.
so, Im excited because they WILL take a CC payment over the phone, just not online...so strange...
one more thing I can now put on my CC towards my 2nd spend bonus

I spent over an hour with a senior dude several months back, and once you have a BK, youre flagged in their system, and cant have access to anything, its crazy. Their "special BK IT department" handles all of that. So, they took my CC pm tonight over the phone...but they wont allow me access to pay even with a debit card on their mobil app, that Im only allowed to have till 2020, lol

in 2020...all gloves are off! I would have had my insurance with them for 29 years, and paying my bill every month with a CC (lol), for the last 5yrs. I will app for a CC with them again,

USAA is a very vengeful and hateful bird lol dare not cross them or feel their wrath! They are known to lock out those who are late with payments, default on loans, and CC products. They say they are military and family friendly but only until a deployment causes you to miss a few payments lol

lol...Im being SUPER watched right now by everyone, so Ive got ot keep it clean for the next 6 months, then I should be out of the woods, and can maybe let 2 cards report a small balance lol
