USAA rate advantage minimum due during 0%

Still havent had a minimum due on my rate advantage card from usaa. Ive only had it about 6 weeks though. I have already made some payments on it, however, is there no minimum due during the 0 percent apr period?

Re: rate advantage minimum due during 0%

Have you gotten a statement in the mail?

Do you see statements on-line on the account?

6 weeks is a long time to go with no statement at all. Keep paying like you are, so you don't get slammed with some mistake where they say they sent you statements and you never saw them.

And call them on Monday to ask whether statements have been mailed. When you do call, they will say "Yes, we mailed the statement Friday". That's always how it works... when you want someone to show up for a meeting, have someone get up to go find them and the person will be walking into the room.

Re: USAA rate advantage minimum due during 0%

If you've received a bill you can check the fine print... if you've been paying ahead it will tell you how far ahead you are.

You can also call them to have this feature turned off if you want.  I personally like it; I always PIF so even with a balance due my minimum payment is usually $0 but I like having the option to 'skip' in case something were to come up.

(I've edited your thread title to add 'USAA' since some members might not be familiar with the Rate Advantage product otherwise.)
