Long story short, US Bank mistakenly PCed me to "Cash Rewards" instead of "Cash+" as requested. I didn't know Cash+ was a Visa Sig until it was too late.
I can't find "Cash Rewards" anywhere online though and I have no idea what the reward system is or if there is an AF... Does anyone know?
From the Cash+ app page: "If you do not qualify for the U.S. Bank Cash+ Visa Signature Card, you will automatically be considered for the U.S. Bank Cash Rewards Visa Card that earns 1% cash back on all net purchases, but does not offer the 5% and 2% Cash+ Categories or the $25 Cash+ Bonus once per calendar year."

Great, thanks!

So, as this is pretty useless, the aim is to PC it to Cash Plus as soon as you can. People here have waited various times, but in some cases only a few months.

The reason I couldn't PC to Cash Plus is bc the card I had before (Platinum Visa) only has a $500 limit. It was originally the College Student Visa; which I got PCed a few years ago. I never actually used the Platinum since there were no rewards.. and USBank won't give me a CLI since I never use the card.
The plan right now is to just use this Cash Rewards card for some of the 1% CB purchases I typically put on Freedom or BCE and try for a CLI in a few months.

If it's been PC'd to the Cash Rewards from your student Platinum Visa then it has the possibility of growth. CLI requests will likely be HP, but once it reaches the $5K threshold you can contact them to see about PC'ing to the Cash+.

You also need an income of $30,000 or more.

Ah yes, forgot about that piece, thanks Themanwhocan ![]()
Ah thanks for the info. I'm a student with no income, unless student loans count.

Student loans count as debt not income.
