Uber Eats and Postmates: 4x on Amex Gold?

Do Uber Eats and Postmates get 4x on Amex Gold as "dining"?

I had PRG for 2014-2016 so I know I'm not eligible for a SUB again yet...just putting together rough ideas for future apps.

Personal spend: Amex Gold, Amex Schwab Plat., BofA PR+CCR(x2), Costco
Business use: Amex Bus. Plat., BBP, Lowes Amex AU, CFU AU
Perks: Delta Plat., United Explorer, IHG49, Hyatt, "Old SPG"
Mostly SD: Freedom Flex, Freedom, Arrival
Upgrade/Downgrade games: ED, BCE
SUB chasing: AA Platinum Select

I can't say for sure on Postmates, but UberEats should. When the Uber credits rolled out for Amex Platinum, I was only getting 1x on UberEats paying the balance with Gold because it was being charged by Uber and coded as travel so I switched to paying with CSR since it was 3x either way (and later to USB AR), but I believe that issue has been resolved since then.

Grubhub definitely codes as 4x (and I have had a perpetual extra MR Amex Offer for Grubhub/Seamless on that card, plus stacked with an extra 2x MRs by clicking through Rakuten app to order), plus the $10/month dining credit triggers with Grubhub.

I didn't look up an order of Postmates, but grubhub, Uber eats, and doordash all gave me 4x.
