Ufcw credit card.

If I already have 2 Cap One cards (both quicksilver) can I still own the UFCW card?   I know the limit is two but I'm unsure if this particular card is "grouped" like QS, venture one ect.

Re: Ufcw credit card.

I pulled the trigger since I was prequalified from a letter Cap one sent me.
In the fine print Cap One stated "you cannot have more than 5 Capital one accounts".
approved with a $1,000 sl.
hopefully it's not a bucket card but time will tell.
what's strange is I've always read that you can't have more than 2 cap one cards (not Including store cards like kohl's or Walmart)

They're bucketed... I have the IBEW Union Plus MC. It's one of my oldest cards, so I've held onto it while throwing a charge or 3 on it throughout the year. I even went so far as to visit a Capital One "Cafe" branch and interrogate the branch manager and had her call into Cap One herself trying to pry the measley $2500 CL upwards. Their response was that they "don't do CLI's on this card product" aside from the 6 month mark one if you make your payments on time.

The reason this one doesn't count towards the "card count" is that it's an outside product. (It is in a sense, but it's essentially a QS with some side bennies for us union workers.)
