Not on the CC side, though my mortgage got picked up by them. Kludgy web interface, doubt it's much better on their credit cards. That said, I have a mortgage with them, and don't think the card makes sense even for me even if I spent 6K / year in grocery stores:
- 2 points for every $1 spent up to $6,000 annually on grocery store purchases and 1 point for every $1 spent thereafter1
- 1 point for every $1 spent on all other purchases1
- 25% bonus when you redeem your reward points as cash back in the form of a deposit to your Union Bank checking or savings account1
- 50% bonus when you redeem your reward points as a form of a principal reduction payment to your Union Bank mortgage1
That simply looks, throughly average: Amex and others > them.
