Is the union card by capital one in the back office of all the other core/cobrand cards with capital one? could you pool the cash back cards together to the venture cards? is the union card easier to get approved than the quicksilver?
Cap1 doesnt combine any longer. You asked about other Cap1 products a few days ago.
Is there a reason with 17 cards already you want a Cap card?

It is considered part of their core card family, unlike PLCCs such as Cabela's, BassPro, Saks WEMC, etc.
The Union Plus product is tiered based on their rating of creditworthiness (Good vs Excellent) -- they have 3 different CC types. So, as far as UW, I would venture to think they'd use similar guidelines as those of their respective core cards and creditworthiness tiers.

He may have meant moving/combining the rewards between the Union card and the Venture. Until/unless he replies we won't know for sure.

Copy that @UncleB
Is the Union Plus card a triple hard pull?
Cap1 triple pulls for everything and Innovis. Capital One does seem to rely on specific bureaus in some states, though this is not a guarantee.
One of my household members just got a triple pull for it. So yes
