I want to switch my BCE to ED as I got the PRG. Non AF to Non AF. Any experience with the timeline of new amex cards & PC?

And you cant PC from BCE BCP to an ED or EDP
According to a amex employee they are still working on it, aiming for the end of this month or next month.
