Thanks! It was certainly an interesting situation.
However, what was the base of this situation still lurks out there. I saw a recent post about Penfed denying a HP CLI. Then, long story short, the info came out about them not giving increases to cards that they don't offer anymore. That goes back to how my whole situation started.
