OK, thanks. This was more an intellectual exercise as I'm not particularly concerned (13.99 vs 14.99 when I PIF anyway) but I was interested that there are rights that are not communicated, unlike the case where there is a denial. Over the years I only remember one case (recently, Barclays) where, along with the card, they included a credit score, negative factors impacting the score, and the CRA invovled. But even then, they didn't indicate that I could obtain a credit report.
As I now have all the cards I need, I don't intend to apply for anything any time soon, so others can try this out!

I just got my Citi Forward card today. They used an Experian score of some kind not Fico cause it stated 250-900 range but anyways here's a copy of one of the papers I got, I hope this isn't against MyFico forum rules but it doesn't have anything like personal info etc so it should be ok.
