Is that $500 a pending transaction? I've seen available credit as zero before and customer service has an explanation for it. For me it wasn't negative. Just call the number on the back of the card.

I had same problem this morning so I called in and the CSR said that an update did not go as smooth or as fast as planned overnight. I was concerned they may have cut me off or something for opening new accounts this month. I'm now paranoid it seems lol.
