Us bank online

I was wondering if anyone else has a problem with us bank online?

I logged in to pay and I should owe about $500. It shows my balance as 0 and available credit as 0.

I can’t transfer money out of my checking and savings right now when I log in.

Is that $500 a pending transaction? I've seen available credit as zero before and customer service has an explanation for it. For me it wasn't negative. Just call the number on the back of the card.

I owe about 500 from my statement. I called and it couldn’t locate my account and the hold time if 50 minutes it said.

Mine were zeroed out this morning when I woke up but seem to be fixed now.

Probably an update that took longer than expected overnight.

I can't access my account on the web. It appears to be down.
This is what I get, "The system is currently unavailable. Please contact customer service."

I had same problem this morning so I called in and the CSR said that an update did not go as smooth or as fast as planned overnight. I was concerned they may have cut me off or something for opening new accounts this month. I'm now paranoid it seems lol.
