Hi there,
Question of the day:
Which credit cards are great to have because of free perks (without spending requirements)?
I was thinking:
-Chase IHG, Marriott and Hyatt cards (anniversary night certificate, worth more than the AF)
-USBank Radison card (anniversary points, worth more than the AF)
-PenFed Pathfinder (annual $100 travel credit + free TSA waiver, with no AF)
Can anyone come up with more cards?
Have a good one!
SPG is getting a renewal night.
Amex Platinum when you consider the spend to use airfare extras/Uber credits is modest. Even better if you get a Schwab credit.
Airline cards for free checked bags, some fee waivers, and priority boarding.
FNBO Travelite card has no AF, but gives you $100 in travel credits and Global Entry/TSA fee reimbursed, also pretty good reward structure with x3 points on travel/hotels. Only issue is that it doesn't have open registration anymore, have to get a mailer to app for it.
The SPG award night makes it useful indeed.
Too bad I missed the Travelite card, I know...
Skipping on the marvel card, more a DC guy
also curious.
