You will be hard pressed to see discover logo. But wherever you see diners. Club. Your discover will work. Converters are mostly cored t. But currency changes daily. So always take will grain of salt.

I'm sure there are those who have had experience using Discover internationally.  If I was curious I'd start with something like this:

Re: Using Discover Card abroad

Depends on where you want to use it abroad. Airlines and hotels are normally fine and do accept Diners (i.e. Discover). Small shops and restaurants are a bit iffy, and I would still bring a no foreign transaction fee Visa or MC such as the Quicksilver or Barclays for other purchases. A lot of places in Europe and Asia still do not accept Discover/Diners except for the major chain stores. Having said that I've bought books in bookstores like Kinokuniya (think Barnes & Noble x 5) in Asia and they do accept Diners.
