Re: Using Reward Credit Cards

SteelCity, under the "Helpful Threads" sticky in this forum, there's a thread about AMEX 3X CLI.

As long as you are responsible with the cards, and follow the instructions in that thread, you should be able to get to $6k CL with them in 2 months time.

Also, right decision with the cooling down with the apps. You've done and are doing great. Chill out for a few months (say 6 months or so) and let your cards grow. US Bank will come to senses Smiley Happy

Re: Using Reward Credit Cards

RE: Your question about adding credit cards to your signature, there is a stickied thread in the Smorgasboard forum that details how to do it. Of importance, though, is that you can't add HTML to your signature until after you lose your "New Member" status. This takes a combination of time and posts, and is usually gone after 25-50 posts.

Thanks everyone! Now if I can just figure out how to add my info at the bottom of each of my posts like my credit cards I have I'll be really happy.

Re: Using Reward Credit Cards

Ghoshida - ok checking out that thread right now about the 3x limit increase for my AMEX. I also want to reply to another thread I see about AMEX changing the member since reporting date that I have information about since I was affected by it. I just got in under the wire where they will report that I've been a member since 2001 even though I just got the new card.

Re: Using Reward Credit Cards

Thanks for the heads up. I won't even try to add the HTML codes at this time. I did add text in my signature line however. As soon as I send this I'll know for sure if it worked!
