Asking a million questions today, sheesh.
So, I've been using my Chase cards. They're both at 500...and have been since they were opened, earlier this year. My Capital Ones have been increased several times, and are at 2k. I've been using the Chase cards, because the rewards are better, but I'm wondering if I need to let those sit empty and just use my QuicksilverOne, since I can keep my ratios in line better that way? I'm only putting a couple hundred on it each month, but that looks reeeally high on a 500 limit.....
Those points though! Thoughts?
Pay the cards down right before the statement cuts and you won't have to worry about ratios.
Chase is not good with CLIs. But you may wish to consolidate your Chase Amazon limit to your Freedom, since you already have the Amazon store card. That's an if, because Chase will often only allow you to transfer all but $500 of your limit, which in your case is zero. But try and see.
Capital One is actually a good card. The QS has a promo on Uber right now that gives you 2 free rides up to $30 in value, plus a 20% cashback on all Uber rides until April 2016.
Yeah, paying them down is always an option. What I run into a lot is that when I want to pay it it's still in pending status. Typically I end up paying it after the statement generates, since the amount (whatever it is) is available to pay then.
Right now I'm looking at my husband's walmart card (last month we're using it, before it sits and gets not used indefinitely) and I can tell there's around 500 on it, but around half of that has been pending for a week, and I can only pay 2 or 300 that's listed as the current available balance.
Part of the annoyance of low lines, I guess.

On Chase cards you can pay the pending charges. select "other amount." add your posted and pending together and make payment.
Really?! Learn something new every day!
I didn't know that either. But pushing payments from your bank's billpay gets around that issue for any creditor.
Oh, I bank through Chase so it's all in one spot. Another reason I prefer to use those 2....I pay it, and it pops right out of checking.
