Yes, but if you look at that VentureOne you showed the picture of, you'd see it says for "excellent" credit. I know that there have been others who were approved for the VentureOne with very low SL (way below 3k), hopefully one of them will chime in here. As I've stated before, Cap1 has different cards within the same family of cards for people with different credit profiles.

VentureOne has a minimum SL of 3K. It's stated in the fine print
Yes, for those with excellent credit there is a min. SL of 3k on the VentureOne. I'm not arguing that. Same thing with the regular Quicksilver, there is a min. SL of 3k stated in the fine print. What I am saying is that for those with fair credit, there is another VentureOne that (I believe) shows up in their pre-qualified offers. Same thing for the Platinum - there is one for those with excellent credit called the Platinum Prestige, which was only offered on the pre-qual, and it was not available directly on their website (I think they have quit offering this one altogether).
I qualified for the Venture One at $3K. Then between second and third statement it went to $5k, so I wasn't sure if CLI could happen at 6th statement or 9th statement. Thanks JohnnyConsumer for the information from the website. I'll read up some more on it. I guess getting the CLI will depend as Saleen said about my profile. Thanks everyone for all the good information ya'll provided.

To add to this, I got a $300 QS...nowhere near $3k lol
Is it a regular Quicksilver or QuicksilverOne? Did you PC to that and was if from app'ing for it? Also, if you app'd for you it, did you do it through their pre-qual?

LOL. If I were him I'd be showing Cap1 their own fine print
