I got a prequal letter in February for Quicksilver and my limit was $300 too. On the app it said minimum starting limit was $300. After 4 months hit cli button and went to $800.

They must have two levels of Quicksilver cards because I was not offered the $100 credit after $500 in spending either. Capital One ignores au cards and starts you at the bottom. I had a $5000 Am Ex card that I just got in January and the EO still wouldn't increase my starting limit.

Yup same exact product we got then cause I too got that $500 boost, although I think I waited til after 5th statement cut. And I didn't get the $100 offer either.
